You’ve Come A Long Way Baby…

Today I plodded for 20 minutes without stopping. 

No walking, no resting, no cheating, just constant plodding for 20 whole minutes.

Amazing really when you consider that just 6 weeks ago I couldn’t plod for longer than 60 seconds without feeling like my lungs were going to explode.

Yay me!

    • Thanks so much for your comments. This running stuff is hard work, but I’m doing it for charity (as well as fitness) so it’s all in a good cause. Do you have a blog too? If so, let me know what it is and I’ll link to it…
