I'm the Blobby Jogger. At 13899 days old, I decided to start running - for fun! Obviously I wasn't feeling very well that day...
Anyway, as we all know, you can't run until you can walk, which I'm rather proud to say I can do quite well (I'd been practicing daily for about 13501 days at the start of this blog, and I've been quite sucessful at it!)
So, I thought after all that practice, it was time to take it to the next level - and that's where we are today. I started slowly (people could walk faster than I could run) but with a pair of running shoes, an interval training podcast, and the plan of competing in a 10k race in 2009 whilst raising money for the NSPCC, I'm going to see just how far I can get. This blog is the result.
