Pants, Pants and bigger Pants.
I’m not allowed to plod for two to three weeks while my back gets better, which sadly puts me out of the race on 25th May, as I just won’t have had time to do enough training.  Understandably I’m very upset, but on the other hand, better to wait a while, [...]

Untouchable

Ouch, Ouch, Ouch, Ouch, Ouch… seriously, OUCH!

It’s been a great week!  The sun has been glorious all week, I started work on a new show which I’m really enjoying, and I managed to fit in training on both Tuesday and Thursday night and did the 25 min plod both times.  Brilliant!

Today I plodded for 20 minutes without stopping.
No walking, no resting, no cheating, just constant plodding for 20 whole minutes.
Amazing really when you consider that just 6 weeks ago I couldn’t plod for longer than 60 seconds without feeling like my lungs were going to explode.
Yay me!
